Dogwood had the HSE Senior walkthrough this morning. About 35 former Dogwood students from the fifth grade class of 2017 returned to their old elementary school. They paraded throughout the school to applause and cheers from current elementary students and teachers. Mrs. Carpenter led students to their old playground for a class photo and together they said the Dogwood Pledge for the last time! Students visited their former teachers to reminisce. Mrs. DeFranco who is retiring after teaching at Dogwood for the last 27 years, led the HSE seniors in the parade throughout the fifth grade wing of Dogwood.
