Students at 探花社区 Elementary School had a busy week of Thanksgiving learning and fun!
On Monday, Mrs. Boccio's kindergarten class met with Mrs. Walsh’s 3rd grade class, for a “Balloons Over Broadway” STEM activity to go along with the book.
The students planned and designed their own balloons which they used in their own Thanksgiving Parade around the school!
Students also took part in "Thanksgiving Centers" with family members.
The students made turkey crowns, a turkey name craft, tee pees with Native American symbols and a Pete the Cat pilgrim!
