Eighty-seven students at St. James Elementary School celebrated their "Moving Up" ceremony this morning.
"Going forward into Middle school and beyond….. know that you are ready," Principal Javidi told the students. "You have the foundation from which to build a successful and happy future.
You will always be a part of the St. James Elementary family and you will carry a piece of us with you wherever you may go."
SCSD Superintendent Dr. Mark Secaur encouraged the students to, "take advantage of all the opportunities that exist for you. Set goals and strive to meet them...and most importantly, be kind to others."
