In a culmination of the pumpkin unit they have been learning about, students at Tackan Elementary School enjoyed a fun filled "Pumpkin Center Day" today.
The students measured how much their pumpkins weighed, (one was 27 lbs!), how tall they were, and of course, helped decorate their pumpkins.
Family members carved and students "scooped"!
In the preceding pumpkin unit, students have been learning about a pumpkin's life cycle.
