The Nesaquake Middle School Community Service Club hosted a donation drive to help Hurricane Milton victims, and the effort was highlighted by Newsday!
Toothpaste, toilet paper, socks paper towels and other items were collected.
“If my family was in trouble I’d want people to help out,” said student Thomas Kratz. “It’s really rewarding,”
The Johnny Mac Foundation collected the donations and will drive them down south.
The Community Cares Club is run by Nesaquake English teacher, Marissa LoSardo.
