Fifth graders at Mills Pond Elementary School received a special education on the Lunar New Year from Mills Pond parent, Mrs. Wanling Fahrer.
Mrs. Fahrer taught the students some Chinese words and phrases and modeled how to make a dragon to commemorate the year of the Wood Dragon.
The Lunar New Year, also known as the Chinese New Year, is this Saturday, February, 10.
