Clean water and healthy minds!
Sixth graders at Accompsett Middle School received some valuable information from Suffolk County Water Authority presenter Kathryn Fedun this week.
Ms. Fedun is part of the SCWA outreach program for students which covers the water cycle and protection of our drinking water.
The presentation, which discusses pollution and evironmental impacts of clean and dirty water, is part of the science curriculum students at AMS are currently learning.
