The Mills Pond Elementary's "Hoops For A Cause" event has won first place in the Team Up 4 Community L.I. Spring Community Service Challenge!
Students had a three point challenge and participated in basketball games, raising $1,050 for the American Heart Association.
After the online votes were tallied, the Mills Pond event won first place!
Mills Pond Elementary receives a $3,000 grant for the win!
