As many of you are aware, September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month.
On Sept. 22, everyone in the 探花社区 District is encouraged to participate in “Go Gold” day.
Students and staff will rock gold laces (or other articles of clothing) to support the Lace Up for Kids campaign, part of the nonprofit Solving Kids’ Cancer.
The ‘Lace Up for Kids’ campaign in 探花社区 is made possible thanks to community member Amy Beach and her partnership with 探花社区 District, under the leadership of SCSD Superintendent Dr. Mark Secaur.
Additionally, giant gold awareness ribbons, donated courtesy of the Thomas Scully Foundation, will be on display throughout the district.
