“If music be the food of love, play on.” – Twelfth Night, Shakespeare
Nesaquake seventh graders had a great time culminating their reading of Shakespeare, by writing and performing their own act!
Under the direction of English teacher, Marissa LoSardo, the students have been reading “Twelfth Night” a comedy by Shakespeare.
Students broke into groups and write verses in iambic pentameter, choose wedding songs that exemplify the main characters relationship to show understanding of characterization and plot, and design costumes.
In addition, the FCCLA club, run by Mr. Alex Sershen, baked and designed five wedding cakes for each of the classes!
