The St. James PTA and school took the time Friday morning to host a Bus Driver Appreciation breakfast for all of the bus drivers who safely transport our students every day.
Principal Adam Javidi said “Brittany McGrath, our PTA president, did an amazing job organizing and setting up a delicious breakfast including coffee, fruit, egg sandwiches and even bus shaped cookies.”
Families created posters to decorate the Old Gym for the event and the bus drivers appreciated the gesture.
Teacher Aides Gerrie Pontecorvo, Jean-Marie Mohlin and LuAnn Brophy purchased roses for each driver that was presented by our 5th grade volunteers.
